Fire Guards

Here we have a set of fireguards that we designed and fabricated to suit our clients needs. We were asked to fabricate a bespoke fire guard that suited their wood burner as they could not find one that would fit. They left it entirely up to us to create, all they asked for was it to be easy access for adults but not easy enough for their children. So this design comes out from the wall and two doors were mounted to give full access for maintenance, we also fitted concealed locks to ensure the clients children could not access. This design was finished off with a powder coated finish, giving the final product a luxury look alongside a secure quality fire guard.

Lift Framework

We were contracted to a local rugby club where we were asked to fabricate and erect a framework for a disabled access lift on the outside of the building.

Handrails & Safety Signs

ACM Welding Services LTD have a number of warehouse clients, that require our services to fabricate bespoke handrails to suit the needs of the companies. We have also created eye catching safety signs throughout the yards to ensure optimum safety within the workplace.

Rafters Strengthening Plates

We were called to a barn conversion and asked if we could make custom sockets to go on the end of the rafters to strengthen the rafter where it goes into the wall. This was an interesting job as no two rafters were the same but we managed to achieve a nice tidy job ready for the stone to be put back in so they will be concealed. Workshop Trolley

We made this custom workshop trolley to spec that the client requested with metal frame and wood shelves it gives a very practical yet stylish finish we mounted it on heavy duty castors so it can be easily wheeled around over any surface. For more information please contact.
